My wife is happy that I’m running out of things to photograph (our Missing In Action Figure feature is to).  The Vintage Collection TIE Interceptor photos and review get us one step closer to “caught up”.

We’re almost all caught up on all things Vintage Collection.  Today we review the third of Kmart’s Special Action Figure sets, the Ewok Catapult.

I bet you never saw this one coming.  After yesterday’s review of the Imperial Scanning Crew, here’s today’s review of the less impressive Death Star Scanning screw.

Now that Toy Fair is in our rear view, we can get back to the reviews. The better half of the K-Mart Scanning Crew sets, the Imperial Scanning Crew, is our next subject.

It was a late night / early morning, but 48 images of the Vintage Collection Slave I are here.  While I did not write the review on the following page, I echo the sentiments (save for being able to lock the canopy in the up position).  At times, I felt like Tom Hanks in Big playing with the Skyscraper Transformer.

I’d better have all the parts.  That’s all I can say.

The Vintage Collection Slave I is now listed on Amazon for $70.36 down from $99.99.  If you didn’t order before, now is the time.  If you’re like me and pre-ordered, you need to check your order status.  In a first for me on Amazon, my pre-order price did not automatically adjust in accordance with their pre-order price guarantee.  But after a polite two minute chat with Amazon customer service, I received a price adjustment.

Update: Now it’s down to a normal American price of $69.99.

Volkerc continues to break news left and right.  I honestly forgot this was coming in the Vintage Collection.  This is getting expensive.
