The Lucas Film public relations portal, Obi Wants To Know Me, is soliciting feedback on the rumors of the casting of Rachel Hurd-Wood and Alex Pettyfer. Membership is via invite only. I tried to join to tell them it feels like they’re turning Star Wars into Twilight.

Since we’re on a mini mobile OS video game kick, we should inform you that Star Wars Pinball can be downloaded for free on iOs and Android devices for a limited time. It’s pretty fun.
Konami’s Star Wars Force Collection customizable card game is available for download on iOS and Android. I’m not sure what to make of the game, but at least I got the callsign “Red 5”.
The Wolverine line appears to be joining the Black Series line in a sympathy strike against bubbles. As I was trying to clear the Marvel Universe pegs of Wolverine line figures, one of the figures freed itself from its cardback. As the Wolverine line is also a Hasbro offering, this problem may be systemic.

Here’s one for Ewok lovers. Just listed on Ebay is a vintage Ewok Village (incomplete) with a lot of vintage and modern Ewok figures.
Benedict Cumberbatch’s representative confirms to the New York Times that the British actor will not be appearing in Episode VII. For what it’s worth.
“Hoping it’s where they stored anything to do with Jar-Jar,” one Twitter user wrote about the blaze, which caused no injures and “minor to moderate” damage, according to Marin County fire officials
Our friends at Yakface reported that Biggs and Anakin figures are showing early signs of peg warming. This weekend, I came across a Toys R Us store that had two full pegs populated with only Biggs, Anakin and Biker Scout figures with Anakin being the most prevalent and I had to post to in support of the Yakface report. In addition to the back up of these three figures, there were a few miscards in the lot. This was likely due to the bubble adhesive failure and someone taping the figure to the wrong card back.

According to the UK website Film Chronicles, Benedict Cumberbatch, the man who brilliantly played Khan Noonien Singh in Star Trek: Into Darkness, is joining the Episode VII cast in an unspecified role.
Since the reset early last month, not a single Target store in my area has received a case of The Black Series. I don’t want the collector 3.75” line to go away, but I don’t see how it can survive in this state. After the jump, I share my thoughts on this unfortunate situation.
