This is one of those things that seems too big to be as under-reported as it is. Nevertheless, the site iKwiz is reporting that JJ Abrams asked Disney to move up the release date of The Force Awakens and Disney is considering a summer release. This makes me as happy as the Patriots winning the Super Bowl (suck it, haters).

While the descriptions don’t offer specifics at this point or indication of how well the figures will be articulated, it does paint the picture of a broad product spectrum including vehicles at a heretofore unthinkable scale. On Wednesday we posted an article about a sketch of the new Episode VII Stormtrooper helmet. Now the site Indie Wire purports to show the actual prop. It looks too much like a motorcycle helmet to me. They also show what is reported to be an Episode VII Snowtrooper helmet. Now that one I like.
