The recent reemergence of the Deleted Scene wave has hit Massachusetts. I picked up 4 of the 5 Deleted Scene figures at a local Toys R Us for a whopping total of $15.90 with tax!
Like the Sopranos, it’s over. Paul Harrison provide as eulogy of sorts for ANOTHER line many collectors weren’t ready to let go. Of course being a grumpier older man, I say good riddance. I’m a fan of The Clone Wars TV show, but I didn’t like having such a stylistically different look in my collection.
The Prequel Trilogy movies are still trash though (but cool toys).
Ethan Supplee…err…I mean Harry Knowles from Aint It Cool News reports a rumor out of BIOWARE that Drew Karpyshyn, the man who essentially wrote the story for KOTR, has left BIOWARE to work on a screenplay for a Knights of the Old Republic movie. HOT SOUP! But just to set expectations, this is firmly in the rumor category right now.
I’m still licking my wounds about the Vintage Collection ending (for now) sooner than I would have hoped. I can’t let go. It’s so…incomplete.

In the report from Latino Review that Harrison Ford is returning to play Han Solo, it was indicated that Episode VII will focus on the children of Luke and Leia. Within the last few hours several sites are also reporting this rumor.
