For many of us, he will always be “Mr. Curto.” This hobby of collecting modern 3.75” Star Wars figures is now in its 25th year. For a good chunk of that, Dan was viewed as the unofficial president of our community.
We’d like introduce you to the next outlet that is in the #FightForTVC, Bossk’s Bounty. Our friend’s from across the pond are leading the way in this renewed push for the Vintage Collection.
We knew from the onset that this campaign was going to need some muscle. We’ve been reaching out to our contacts to see if they would help spread the simple message of “more” for the Vintage Collection. We’re going to highlight them here as a daily feature. We’re starting off with a little outlet you may have heard of: Jedi Temple Archives.
We’re just getting the #FightForTVC campaign rolling, and before it gets too far along, we need to set this ground rule. It is not an attack on the Black Series line.
We are in a multi-front war to grow our beloved Vintage Collection. We believe that getting the attention of massive corporate buyers is a vital front in this war, so we’ve got something to say to one of the biggest. But this is a fight we all need join. #FightForTVC
In our youthful days, this site used to have a “Strikes Back” feature to take Hasbro to task for their missteps. Age mellows people (shtick aside) and that feature faded away. But that fire still burns low down inside and recent events have stoked the flame.
