Nizuc Bek was a male human guard inside Jabba's Palace. Apparently he operated as a body guard for celebrities such as Sy Snootles. I'm not making it up. Check out his Wookieepedia page.
Why?
Once again, we have a case of a tertiary character who is legitimately noticeable. Bek is the guard from whose holster Luke pulled the DL-18 blaster to threaten Jabba. This makes him actually somewhat relevant to the plot. You can't recreate a diorama of Luke's negotiation with Jabba with out a Nizuc Bek standing in the wings waiting to get Force Robbed.
You may also be noticing a theme with the three other characters we've featured thus far, and ole Nizuc follows suit. You guessed it. He also takes the ill-fated trip aboard The Khetanna's final voyage. That instantly means your average hardcore collector would order four of this figure. One for the Palace, one for the Barge, one to keep card, and one just in case.
Why HasLab?
Nizuc Bek has less than zero chance of getting added to the main line. Why less than zero? Because to get to zero, the character has to a least be brought up in a pitch meeting by a Hasbro employee. No one is going to do that for fear of getting stared at like they had lobsters crawling out of their ears. So The Niz can't even get to the starting line.
This suggestion was originally going to be Velken Tezeri, which also faces long odds of ever getting made, but suggesting a Complete the Crew figure as a HasLab exclusive is too cruel to those fans without access to that platform. So we're using some strategery. Bek and Tezeri would be able to share 90% of their tooling. So if Hasbro tools one, it's very easy to release the other (and even a third similar character Weeba Weeba). So if the fans can fund the tooling for Bek, maybe it would be cost effect to make Tezeri a general release.
Why NOT HasLab?
Basically the flip of what I just wrote. If by some miracle Hasbro agrees to fund a Velken Tezeri figure for general release, they would only be a hop, skip and a jump away from Nizuc Bek. In this highly unlikely scenario, Bek wouldn't need HasLab to go into production.
