Our own Darth Dre, posted this to our Facebook page.  Customizer extraordinaire Sith_Fire30 was able to get his hands on the upcoming Black Series Biker Scout and Speeder Bike and posted 16 pics as well as a quick review.  The early returns are very positive!

First, you probably already saw the big Black Series news at our friends at Jedi Temple Archives about the massive 18 figure assortment that will launch the blue highlighted Tie Fighter Pilot Black Series cards.  In addition to that, they have identified some of those 18 figures here.

Some of the figures have been rumored or shown at Toy Fair.  Some are desperately needed re-releases.  And one in particular has me very excited.  I will just leave you with “50,000.  No less.”

Rebelscum has posted some high resolution images of Wave 4 of the 3.75”.  I’m thrilled that I was incorrect about (not) Starsher lacking ankle articulation, but unfortunately this confirms that Ree Yees does.  A Ree Yees figure needs to be able to crouch over the Racnor pit mocking the victims.  Without ankle articulation, that post will be difficult.

Andrew’s Toys uploaded a carded pic of the upcoming white jumpsuited skiff guard from the second skiff to their Facebook page.  That character is named Brock Starsher, but most fans know him as Seargeant Doallyn as he was erroneously called for year.  Seargeant Doallyn actually the henchman who gets thrown down the stairs in the palace.  Hasbro punted on this potential naming controversy and decided to go with a generic title on the card.

By way of full disclosure, I first saw this on Jedi Temple Archives.

Our own Darth Dre broke out his Fedora with the press credentials tucked in the band and did some digging.  He may have sussed out the exact release date.  Hit the jump for the details.

Wave 4 has been rocky so far with the Luke Skywalker, Yoda and Toryn Farr figures have all disappointed to varying degrees.  Help us Snowtrooper Commander.  You’re our only hope.

The Official Site has confirmed the Walgreens exclusive 6” Boba Fett figure and it is the white prototype armor version.

Under articulated I am.  When previewed, this figure had collectors anticipating the ultimate OT Yoda figure.  The final version is a far cry from that.  Click through to check out another disappointment.

Following up on yesterday’s train wreck, Toryn Farr is only a car wreck in comparison.  Once again accuracy in the paint application is an afterthought.  Click through for the photos and review.

This figure is so bad it goes beyond “laughable” to offensive.  It makes me question whether or not I want to continue as a Hasbro collector.  Click through to check out a new low in terms of quality for the collector line.

The Vengaza Media Gazette has visual confirmation via Star Wars Action News of what is assumed to be a 6” Boba Fett in the Walgreens computers.

A US Ebay seller has wave 4 of the 3.75” Black Series line in stock and ready to ship.  Click here to check out their store.  To the best of my knowledge this is the first time these items have showed up in the US.

The site Action Figure Fury is reporting that the UPC on the 6” Boba Fett that will be released in the 8 figure case assortment is different from the UPC of the Boba Fett released in wave 2.  This presumably ties in with the change to the blue accented Black Series packaging.  This could mean that we will see some clearance of the orange accented packaging with the “fall” resets.

The folks at Rebelscum have posted boxed pics of the Black Series 6” Wave 5 assortment.  Head on over to check it out.

Is it me, or does the Vader helmet look…off?
