We're cracking the top 20 today as we countdown numbers 20-11, while again adding in a few [Creepy] Missing in Action Figure candidates for Hasbro to ponder.
20. General Grievous
SOURCE: ROTS LINE/YEAR: TSC 2006 CREEPY FEATURE: Killed by fire
Obi-Wan uses a rather uncivilized weapon to create a gruesome death.
This is General Grievous in the moments after Obi-Wan blasts him - multiple times - which for some reason ignites whatever is left of his internal organs. For a few beats, Grievous stands there, convulsing and screaming, while his gutsac burns, and then flames proceed to shoot out of the eyesockets of his mask. He then falls to the ground dead, where Obi-Wan lords over him for a bit. It's one of the more disturbing figures, and frankly it could easily have been much higher on the list. I believe that Grievous being more machine than Kaleesh makes this a bit less gruesome than if it was a full flesh and blood being, but still. Wild, wacky stuff.
19. Princess Leia
SOURCE: ROTJ LINE/YEAR: TLC 2009 CREEPY FEATURE: Sex slavery
Leia was good at getting captured
Leia was essentially a sex slave for a harrowing bit of time following "Boushh's botched rescue attempt of Han. Forced to wear a very skimpy outfit in order to please Jabba, she was also chained by the neck to remain at his side. At one point, Jabba even made a super gross move on her, by lustily licking his mouth with his giant tongue in some sort of foreplay. Jabba got his in the end, though, when Leia managed to use her chains to choke the giant slug to death, chalking up a solid victory for the Galaxy Far Far Away's version of the #metoo movement.
18. Oola
SOURCE: ROTJ LINE/YEAR: SOTDS 2010 CREEPY FEATURE: Sex slavery
She was murdered after not pleasing Jabba
Just to prove it wasn't a fluke, there was another sex slave of Jabba's that preceded Leia. In fact, Leia was her replacement. Oola one-ups Leia on our list because she was murdered by Jabba for not pleasing him. After reluctantly dancing for him, he lustily tried to get her close, but she resisted, and an angry Jabba fed her to his pet rancor. Horrifying stuff.
Here we get another gruesome two-for. Zam Wessel was a bounty hunter that very nearly assassinated Padmé, and then almost killed both Obi-Wan and then Anakin during the ensuing chase. During the car chase, we see Zam briefly morph into her true Clawdite form, probably due to the stress of the situation. After crashing, Zam hides in a club. She decides to turn the tables and attack Obi-Wan, but the attempt ends badly for her, as she ends up joining the long list of Star Wars characters who lose a limb to a lightsaber. Hasbro faithfully reproduced this in the action figure with a magnetic removable right forearm. While undergoing questioning by Obi-Wan and Anakin, the wounded Zam is then silenced by a sharpshooting Jango Fett. In the moments of her death, Zam permanently reverts to her Clawdite appearance. Hasbro included a separate Clawdite face covering so you could accurately display her corpse. Excellent!

#7:Mace Windu SOURCE: ROTS
Welcome to the club, Mace!
With so many figures released that have removable limbs, it's surprising Hasbro never made a Mace Windu to capture the moment when Anakin lops his hand off. Such a figure should also include Sith Lightning and a screaming face, so we can fully appreciate the horror of the moment. In fact, if you take the Saga Mace Windu figure, pop off the hand, and cover the figure in any number of existing lightning effects, you could have that figure already done. But I don't condone such butchery, you animals!
16. General Grievous
SOURCE: ROTS LINE/YEAR: ROTS 2005 CREEPY FEATURE: Exploding body with gut sac!
This is one of several toys that features innards
Gross, Hasbro. Gross.
We just covered the flaming Grievous at #20. This version is higher on the list for 2 reasons. First, it explodes. Why? Because Hasbro is insane. For some reason, they went off the rails (again) and created a figure capturing a moment that never happened, just to be gross. Grievous wasn't a droid, Hasbro! He was a living person, supplemented with a large amount of bionics. So having him explode isn't quite the same as a radar dish accessory. Second, and just to add another level of grossness, Hasbro included Grievous's gut sac, so after you explode him, you can enjoy not just the machinery, but his organs as well!
15. Wampa
SOURCE: ESB LINE/YEAR: TLJ 2017 CREEPY FEATURE: Dismembered bloody arm
Look on the bright side: Wampa arm for dessert!
We featured the Saga Wampa earlier on the list, but it was simply because it included the super gooey and bloody Tauntun accessory that he could chew on. This Wampa is the newer sculpt that came out in the TLJ line. They both have removable arms to re-enact that moment when Luke slices it off, but the TLJ version is just a little bloodier

#6: Count Dooku SOURCE: ROTS
Look, ma! No hands!...
...and no head either.
We have figures that lose limbs, and figures that lose heads. How about a figure that loses limbs and a head? After Anakin lopped off both of Dooku's hands during their duel aboard the Invisible Hand (get it?), he deftly grabbed Dooku's lightsaber, and along with his own, scissored the Count's head right off. All of this while Palpatine was gleefully urging him on to do so. A morbid moment that certainly deserves a proper figure.
14. Snowspeeder w/ Luke & Dak
SOURCE: ESB LINE/YEAR: POTJ 2001 CREEPY FEATURE: Dead guy
Leave no man behind! On second thought...
This is one of my favorites. This is Luke Skywalker's Snowspeeder from the POTJ line. It came with figures of both Luke and Dark, which was awesome. But the best part is when you realize that the cracked window decal on the front of the canopy is meant to represent the vehicle after it has crashed into the snow. In fact, the packaging is cleverly designed to show off the ship at this exact time. Why is this so important? Because it means the Dak figure is actually a dead Dak figure. You can't accurately represent this ship in a display unless it's already crashed, by which time poor Dak has already ceased to be.
13. Greedo
SOURCE: ANH LINE/YEAR: POTF2 Commtech CREEPY FEATURE: Blaster wound
Using the VOTC Greedo is just fine...
...until you realize that the POTF2C figure is possibly more accurate. Was this even necessary, Hasbro?
Hasbro is at it again with their artistic license. Here's yet another figure featuring gratuitous violence that nobody asked for. I didn't even realize this until years later. If you remove the vest from the POTF2 Commtech Greedo, it reveals a big blast hole in his chest, which was caused by Han shooting first (or second, or simultaneously). It's odd that Hasbro decided to sculpt this into the figure, but physically it's weirder because the vest has no damage to it.
The TAC line was beloved for several reasons, not the least of which was the many of the basic figures included huge accessories. In a move that could not have been predicted, Hasbro gave us a modified version of an existing Han, to have a pained look on his face, so that he could accurately be represented being tortured inside the included Bespin torture device. Hey, kids! Take one of you favorite heroes, strap him in, and go to town!
11. IT-0 Interrogation Droid
SOURCE: ANH LINE/YEAR: POTF2 Commtech CREEPY FEATURE: Torture droid
Kylo Ren didn't need no stinkin' truth serum.
Speaking of torture, Hasbro gave us another wonderful accessory in the IT-0 Interrogation droid. While not quite as graphic as the previous entry's torture rack, this one is perhaps more sinister. Hovering into the prison cell with its 3.75" scale approximation of a syringe, you can scare the hell out of the young damsel in distress, while the towering Dark Lord of the Sith (her dad!) stands nearby.
