Yakface has posted the unfortunate news that Mark Grimshaw, friend to Bantha Skull and almost every other fan site, has passed away. Mark was known as “SithMan” here, but went by several other screen names across the community. You probably know him best from his “Karaoke In The Cantina” feature. This is a sad day indeed. Mark will be missed.

I always get excited when Oscar winning a-listers get attached to our decidedly tent-pole pop corn world. For that reason, I’m very happy that Variety is reporting that Forrest Whitaker is in negotiations to joint the cast for Star Wars: Rogue One which is the first “stand alone” Star Wars film due out next year.
