Hasbro released a Shmi Skywalker figure once.  Once!  I can’t imagine this character ever being revisited in the action figure line, so for today’s Throwback Review we look at 2001’s Power of the Jedi Shmi Skywalker figure.  While the value of the character to your collection is dubious, it’s not bad for an older figure.

We take Vader Week full circle from a certain point of view with today’s Throwback Review.  We look at a figure that represents Vader “redeemed” in 1999’s Flashback Anakin Skywalker figure.  Unfortunately this is a figure we will probably never see updated.

We’re just about a month and a half away from Halloween so we should be in an absolute panic that we haven’t seen any Christmas decorations yet.  I was beginning to worry that Christmas was cancelled.  Not to fear, Darth ChuckMC sent us a few dozen images of the KMart Christmas decoration display featuring a lot of Star War items of which you’ll likely buy at least one.  Admit it.

The march of Vader Week is as relentless as the Sith Lord himself.  Today we continue with 2000’s Power of the Jedi Dath Vader (Dagobah) representing the ephemeral phantom Vader from the Dark Side cave on Dagobah.  Fourteen years later and I still like this figure.

Considering the dubious figures in the case, it’s hard to call this hunting success, but one of my local Walmarts stocked Black Series 3.75” wave 4.  Unlike Target, Walmart isn’t “escared” of taking full cases.  All 12 figures were present, four of which are likely to never sell.
