Titanium Figures Wave 2 Hits East Coast

I stopped into my local Target store in hopes of finding that 5POA Ben Kenobi figure (I can't believe I just wrote that). Sadly only wave 1 figures were to be found, but I did see something new. Wave 2 of the Titanium die cast figures were on the pegs. I'm still confused as to why these exist.

What weighs more? This figure or Daisy Ridley?

Titanium Captain Phasma

I don't know what the case ratio is, but there was only one Captain Phasmataze on the pegs to several Kylos, Reys and Finns.
