Starting Monday:  Black Series Phase 1 Retrospective

So the good news is that your 100% guaranteed daily gallery and review content will continue (with the occasional missed day mixed in). The bad news is that it is the Black Series Phase 1. Our goal here is a selfish one. We wanted to update all of our basic figure galleries from 2010 forward onto our new standardized light gray photo background. The Black Series P1 figures are stuck on an unfortunate intermediary dark gray background, so they need the updatin'! And since we have to reshoot the photos, we might as well continue our "definitive or not" second look at these figures. Meanwhile, we get "free" content out of the deal. Sound good?

What you may have forgotten is that despite having some bland card backs with failing bubbles, there are some outstanding figures during this era, some of which are burning up the secondary market.
