Scum and Villany Cantina

The Scum and Villainy Cantina is not affiliated in any way with Disney, but has been around as a temporary shop in Hollywood for a few months. It recently extended its planned run into June, and now today was officially extended through July. Reservations made in advance can get you two hours inside the place, which is filled with Star Wars fans in costume, and gives an experience intended to approximate Chalmun's, complete with droid detector and IG-88 head dispensaries.
