Look What Happens When The Supply Side Shrinks

This post springs from a discussion in our forums.  Do you remember when unsold Black Series 6” Slave Leia figures were accumulating so heavily that it essentially ground the retail pipeline to a halt?  Online retailers were clearing them out at less than half MSRP.  Well time plus a dwindling supply has a tried and true effect on value.  Click through to Ebay to see what that one time unwanted figure now fetches on the secondary market.  As a PSA, don’t ever sell a MIP Star Wars figure for a loss unless you’re desperate for cash.  Just wait out the market.
