Kathleen Kennedy Spoilered Something?

Eh, probably not.

In an interview on The Star Wars Show, Kennedy was discussing (in vague terms) the future plans for Star Wars. While not specifically mentioning any projects beyond Episode IX, Kennedy did say that

We're talking about the next 10 years of Star Wars stories, and we're looking at narratively, where that might go. Future stories beyond Episode IX, with these new characters, Rey, Poe, Finn, BB-8...

So, unless Kennedy was just speaking off the cuff in general terms, she may have just confirmed that the 3 new characters (and BB-8!) survive the end of this trilogy. Not mentioned - Kylo Ren. (Or Unkar Plutt.)

And also:

There's a brief little moment in The Last Jedi, where there's a little porg, and then a little baby porg next to the porg.

So there you go. Hasbro's got a little more work to do on the porg front, apparently.
