Disney-Fox Deal Almost There…

The Disney buyout of Fox moved one major step closer to being finalized. Shareholders from both companies voted overwhelmingly to approve the deal. U.S. regulators had already approved the deal, with the requirement that Disney find a buyer for Fox Sports, since they already own ESPN. Additionally, international regulators must approve the deal. Experts expect the deal to become official in early 2019.
