DEVELOPING:  A Viable Sail Barge Option For Canadian Collectors

According to Disqus commenter, Michael Turner, Hasbro will ship to address service near the border. The example he cited was Kinek. They will hold the package for you in the US for $5 until you can pick it up. Here is the direct quote from Michael:

I spoke with a Hasbro representative on the 1-800 number and was told they will ship to addresses at the border like www.kinek.com. Only $5.00 for them to hold the package. This is a great option for Canadians living near the border

We personally do not know how these services work. Up until last week I thought Canada was a fictitious land like Narnia or Greenland. But it's real, and we (read: nomad) are efforting to get confirmation from Hasbro as we speak. Since the window for the Sail Barge is so short, we wanted to make sure this information got into the hands of our Canadian readers as soon as possible as we await confirmation.
