This should go without saying.
We have received multiple reports of Behind the Workbench booklets arriving folded in half and otherwise contorted so that it can conform to the shape of the recipient's mailbox. It seems the USPS is determined to see the delivery through no matter how much distress it must inflict on the parcel. Some may be blaming Hasbro for failing to put "do not bend" on the envelope. At the risk of coming off as a Hasbro apologist, I don't put this on them. It would have been a nice preventative measure, but a speck of common sense tells you the envelope is not intended to be folded. In fact, it's not even that easy. At some point the amount of effort required should have sent off alarm bells to the person doing the folding.
There is a relevant Jim Jefferies joke that is too crude to be repeated here, but the gist is that we shouldn't need signs to tell us everything we shouldn't do. We don't ship our boxed items with "please do not smash" labels on him. The carriers should easily recognize this is not intended to be folded in half.

Of course, Hasbro will ultimately be the party that is responsible for recompense, and in a "don't eat Tide pods" world, the replacements will likely have the "do not bend" instruction.
Finally, this wouldn't be Bantha Skull if I didn't bring up this:
