Are Some Walmarts Sitting Out The Solo Blitz?

Walmart does things at their own pace. They're like Paulie from Goodfellas:

Paulie may have moved slow, but it was only because Paulie didn't have to move for anybody.

So when some Walmarts stores didn't stock Solo product on 4/13, it really wasn't a surprise. Now more than a week later, it's a little telling that some stores have barely put out any product. Are some Walmart stores effectively sitting out this product launch? One concerning thing for the Wampa-less is that I haven't seen a single Walmart store with a home for the Force Link 2.0 Deluxe line. Perhaps they feel too burned by the Rathtar overstock.
