An Interesting Character In The Solo Movie Hot Wheels Character Cars

In the hush hush environment surrounding Star Wars under Disney's leadership, where even the most innocuous details are guarded like state secrets, speculation tends to run wild. It's what happens with an information-starved fan base. So without further ado, let's speculate. Does the inclusion of Boba Fett in the Hot Wheels Character Cars launch assortment indicate that he will be in the movie? No, probably not. Did you see that comment section? I said "no", but I know that won't stop you from calling me an idiot for suggesting that it does. The internet is a wonderful thing.

The telltale gauntlets are cleverly hidden on the character portrait, but peering through the bubble, you can clearly see Boba Fett's Episode VI belt. If this was some sort of indicator of a Boba Fett cameo, the character art would likely depict his earlier Episode V load out. Furthermore, the launch assortment appears to be made up of Solo movie characters and "I know that guy" OT standouts. This is just an excuse to get perennial sellers into the assortment.
