CARDED VALUE (EST): $35 - $45
In a vacuum, we would be calling for this figure to be repacked. $30+, either loose or carded, for one of the most important Luke Skywalker figures is simply too inaccessible for fans. As the community has been saying for a while, there are certain staple figures that should always be available. The Stormtrooper is the most often cited example, but I argue that the same goes for core characters, especially when a definitive version exists.
That is the case with VC175 - Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight). Hasbro absolutely nailed this one. I vowed to buy every single one I saw in stores, and I was good to my word, but this was released in 2020. The darkest, bleakest era of TVC2.0. Sometimes referred to as The Year that TVC Forgot. Stepping out of the vacuum and into context, we are roughly one year away from the 40th Anniversary of Return of the Jedi. Certainly there will be some sort of product celebration to commemorate this. It would be a shame if the linchpin figure to many Episode VI scenes were inaccessible. Hasbro, you can definitely sell more of this figure.
