If the Toys R Us exclusive final wave of The Legacy Collection was a cruelty to fans due to the difficulty in tracking it down, the build-a-droid from that wave was a downright violation. BG-J38 is the "gambling droid" that is briefly seen in the background of Jabba's Palace in Return of the Jedi. In other words, the exact kind of tertiary figure that is the calling card of the 3.75" world building scale. Also, "gambling droid" is now a Legends designation, hence the quotes.

Complete samples of this figure fetch a small fortune on the secondary market, and no collector can have a complete Jabba's Palace display without one. Having an incomplete palace display is a fate I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. My worst enemy is, of course, pants without elastic waste bands. Hasbro can flip this cruelty into a kindness by repacking BG-J38 in the Vintage Collection.
