Newest Target Endcap Gives A Bigger Footprint To Star Wars

My local Target is prepping a Star Wars feature endcap. I was a little incredulous, and thought perhaps it was a holiday leftover that they just hadn't broken down yet (though the reset seemed complete). I asked an associate and she confirmed that the top of the endcap is indeed incoming, while the bottom shelves are outgoing. If true, this is great news since the top of the endcap allocates two pegs for The Vintage Collection. This would triple the TVC footprint in this particular store. It would be nice if Target could become part of the toy hunt rounds again.

It's just empty pegs for now, but it offers promise. Now if this store uses these pegs to restock more wave 1 figures, I'm going to personally wet willy Mr. Nomadscout.

UPDATE: Darth Chuck confirms on Twitter that this is a new endcap! Huzzah!
