May The 4th Video Game Sales Have Started Already

Last year I was asleep at the wheel for the Star Wars Day video game sales. I just missed getting the Aspyr remaster of Star Wars Racer, but not so this year. I just scooped it up for $7.50 on Xbox. You can see the full list of games for sale on the Official Site HERE. These are all digital versions of the game (i.e. no physical media).

I want to say that the last time I played this was on the Nintendo 64. Can that be right? Was I still running an N64 in 1999? That feels off to me.

I know the Aspyr remake is coming later this year, but the key word is that it's a remake. I would bet my life that there are story points that are revamped, so this is your chance to play the original.

You can order the Celebration Edition as an additional $4.99 upgrade from the PlayStation store. At these prices, you can easily afford to get Battlefront II for the story mode, which is worth it in my opinion. It ties in to The Mandalorian with Operation Cinder.
