Horizontal Boosters!  Alluvial Dampers!

I have no idea what's happening, but Chris sent me a message from wherever he is asking me to let everyone know that he is still hard at work doing stuff. He explained it, but he sounded a lot like Charlie Brown's teacher communicating from Voyager 2. Plus I was very busy trying to take a nap when he was talking.

He says we should be fully operational by early next week. He was concerned that you people would get bored and leave, which is entirely possible. Except if you did that, you'd miss some riveting journalism that we have planned for the near future. Chris was going to write an entire article on the need for more 3.75" chairs. And I was going to take pictures of cartoon Ewoks, which thanks to the artwork on the box, has caused my wife to think my hobby has jumped the shark. Also, I can't find my 500th Darth Vader mediation chamber, which is causing me more angst than the time I was missing Hrchek Kal Fas's blaster. This is a real problem.

Anyway, thanks for being patient, and hopefully we'll be back soon enough. At least we had fun doing the livestream with Middle Aged Kiwi Man Collecting Star Wars Figures, so if that's the last thing we do before Bantha Skull dies, it would have been a good run. But we'll be fine, I have trust in Chris.

Oh yeah, for those of you that participate in our forums, please note that those won't be part of the new thing when Chris is done. It's bittersweet because the forums were really what drove us in the very beginning before we switched gears and started taking our main page seriously. We never took the forums seriously, but it was fun while it lasted. If you have been spending most of your BanthaSkull time in that morass, please consider spending more time joining us in the Disqus sections each day.

This may be the last update prior to the migration, so we look forward to seeing you on the other side. Or however that works. It's probably the same, but fewer 500 errors, whatever those are.
