I received the following response from Hasbro Customer Service regarding my damaged Yak Face card:
Hi Christopher,
We realize you’ve been waiting a while for resolution regarding your missing Yakface figure from Jabba’s Sail Barge. We appreciate your patience and excited to share that we will receive very minimal replacement inventory, and expect to ship a replacement figure during the week of June 6th, maybe sooner.
You will receive an email shortly with a postage paid label to return your Yakface figure. Please print this label and affix to any box and your return will be on its way back to us. Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement on or after June 6th.

Since so many Barge backers were requesting replacements for the damaged Yak Face cards, I was worried this would lead to false claims which would result in an over-supply of the figure. This would water down the mystique of the figure. By first requiring customers to return their damaged Yak Face, Hasbro is protecting the integrity of this collectible. Well done!
