The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett have given us numerous costume changes for Boba Fett. The character goes from Tatooine (Nomad) to Tython to Morak and finally Tatooine (Armored). The latter two are confirmed to be coming in the Vintage Collection, and I'm sure the other two will follow at some point. While Boba Fett only had two distinct costumes in the original trilogy, Hasbro has maximized his opportunities in the line by taking the character from concept through production:
Concept | Prototype | Animation | Ep V | Ep VI
There are actually a couple of stops between "Prototype" and "Episode V" that haven't been explored in TVC action figure form, and I think one of them is definitely worthy of consideration. According to the Boba Fett Fan Club, there were three Pre-production costumes. "Pre-pro #1" had the "eyes" helmet and the poncho. "Pre Pro #3" is fairly non-distinct, combining elements of the first two pre-production costumes, but it's "Pre-Pro 2" that we want to focus on:
That "Pre Pro #2" costume is both the basis of the vintage Kenner Boba Fett figure (hence the red and yellow gauntlets) as well as the source of the card photo:

You may also recall that those dark circles on the gloves even made their way on to the POTF2 - Boba Fett.
These deep ties to the vintage Kenner Boba Fett figure make the "Pre Pro #2" Boba Fett deserving of consideration for the Vintage Collection, but there needs to be a stop before getting there. First, Hasbro needs to retool the outstanding VC186 - Boba Fett to be accurate for Episode V. Once done, that figure could be repainted to make the "Pre Pro #2" figure, BUT Hasbro would have to also perform a slight retool to include the distinctive flame thrower attachment.
