It’s true. All of it. I thought this sounded like a practical joke, but it’s not. Steer clear of the toy section if you want to find the latest Target exclusives (temporary or otherwise).
Remember when I said I had no interest in the Retro Collection? Yeah about that. This is what happens when I leave the house.
If you happen in to Target this weekend, keep an eye out for this feature end cap. More pics on the click through.
Chris sends this report from his local Target. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENNING!
Clearances range from 30 to 50% at this time. One OT set even got caught in the clearance net.
This a tag team report from yours truly as well as BIGJIM, the clearance king.
If feels as if Target has been mostly immune to the inconsistent distribution woes common to Walmart stores, but it seems that the in-store availability of the Target exclusive TBS 6” Gamorrean Guard has been anything but consistent. Also, another TBS exclusive, which would sell well in TVC, seems to be rotting on the vine.
Almost everything in TLJ or Solo packaging is being clearanced at Target, but since most of this stuff has been sitting unsold for months, it’s hard to imagine this marginal price reduction will do much to move it.
Thanks to DarthChuckMC for the heads up on this. This is almost a jaw dropping deal.
FINAL Update: IT’S BACK TO 40%. ENOUGH, TARGET! I’M NOT CHANGING THE IMAGES FOR A FOURTH TIME!
You can get 25% of any single toy at Target starting today. The coupon is good both in store and online. I have a suggestion on what you should use this on after the jump.
Based on info from other sites including JTA and Yakface, I took a stab at this during lunch today…
