It’s Festivus time again, and as usual, we start with the airing of grievances.
It’s time for the annual American tradition of food and football.
All gave some. Some gave all.
Today is Memorial Day in the United States. We would like to take a moment to pay respect to all the men and women of the armed forces who paid the ultimate price in service to their country.
We would like to wish everyone a Happy New year, and also share some thoughts about the unprecedented Star Wars year into which we now head.
The staff here at Bantha Skull would like to extend the warmest holiday wishes to all our readers.
Yes, we’re jumping the gun a bit early, but as you can see, unforeseen forces (read: day jobs) have caused the content here to slow to a trickle, so we might as well make with some early well wishing.
For all you dads out there, we wish you - and your dads - a happy Fathers Day!
We hope you have the hap hap happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap danced with Danny Kaye.

It’s the most special day of the year. December 23rd is the day we celebrate Festivus, a Festivus for the rest of us. The aluminum pole is up. We’ll get to the feats of strength later. Right now it’s time for the airing of grievances. I’ve got a lot of problems with you people:
Here’s a video some peeps did dressed up as Luke and Leia on a Speederbike, as they get chased by a Biker Scout and a TIE Pilot through the streets of New York. It ends the same way as Monty Python and the Holy Grail...
Hopefully Santa has sufficiently armed you to fend off Black Bart and his band of bandits.

While I normally hate New Year’s Day as it ends the holiday season, which for me stars with Halloween, I can find some upside to the start of 2014. We’re one year closer to a new Star Wars movie. Happy New Year, everyone.
