What happens next? When will I see the charge on my credit card? What if my credit card gets declined? What if there is a comet strike and my insurance only covers meteors?
Calm down, you spaz. Hasbro posted an update on Haslab that covers most of this. Here are two key points that we've been hearing a lot of fans ask. Also by way of full disclosure, the spaz mentioned earlier is me. Mr. Nomadsout slapped me like in the movie Airplane.
When will I see the charge go on my credit card?
The confirmation email referenced below should be the one you received right after you backed the barge and it contains your confirmation number.
In addition to your order confirmation email, you will receive a shipment notification email once Jabba's Sail Barge (The Khetanna): Behind the Workbench booklet is on its way to you. At that point, we will also charge your preferred payment method.
What happens if my credit card is declined for some reason?
If your card is declined (this happens from time to time), you will receive an email letting you know that we cannot process your order. You will have 3 business days to call our Customer Service team to update your information.
So for right now, it appears this is a "no news is good news" situation. Only worry if you get that second email. Hasbro's Customer Service team can be reached at 1-800-408-0052.
