In the now de-canonized The Force Unleashed, Stormtrooper Commanders were designated with a snazzy Ed “Bid Daddy” Roth paint scheme as seen with the Gamestop exclusive TAC figure.  For Fallen Order, that designation is a lot more subdued, but more logical and consistent.  As with Sandtroopers, the commander is merely the standard Stormtrooper plus an orange pauldron.

Notice that this Stormtrooper Commander wears a holster.  That means that if Hasbro were to do this figure, they’d likely use the inferior VC41 Stormtropoer as the base.  Since any fan could easily make this figure out of the VC41 Stormtrooper figures they already own (even nomad), this gets a lower priority.  The only thing Hasbro could do to make it stand out would be to give the figure a grenade, but you’d just lose it, idiot.
