The just released Grand Moff Tarkin is the second key Vintage Collection figure that is too much of a misfire to be forgiven (following the Hoth Luke).  I say shame on Hasbro whenever I immediately have to start modifying my figures the second they come out of the package because of items that never should have passed quality control.  Having said that, you probably want to modify your Grand Moff Tarkin the second you remove it from the package, and fortunately, Yakface shows you how.
