Despite the line being 13 years old, the bulk of the scores were 8's and 7's. In some cases this is due to the insane accessories packed with some of the 30th Anniversary Collection figures. Note that the Darth Vader coin album figure (30-01 is excluded from these results).

Amazingly, 48 of the evaluated 74 figures have definitive statuses of "Definitive", "Close", or "Other Value". The majority of these are in the "close" category which is short for "close enough". For TAC, this speaks more to the character selection than it does to the quality of the sculpts themselves. Hasbro dug deep for candidates in this line selecting many obscure character sources, which is why it's so beloved. But it also means that the threshold for resculpt for these sources is very high. So while some of these figures fall well short of modern action figure standards, the are "close enough" for the character.
An example of this is the Elis Helrot figure. It falls well short of what we expect from a modern figure, but is "close enough" for an obscure background cantina alien.

In short, it's clear to see why the 30th Anniversary was such a beloved line. The scores and statuses bear that out, but how about some staff picks?
