Despite its 1980 release date, The Empire Strikes Back has a distinctly 70’s aesthetic.  Nowhere is this more prominent than Cloud City.  The background citizenry is largely forgettable, but they share that disco flair.  This guy apparently shops at the same store as Lobot, but goes for a little more color in his outfits.  This guy can be seen a couple of times.  Once walking behind Lando’s tour group, trying not to let anyone see that he and Lobot are dressed the same, then during the evacuation helping an Unidentified Cloud City Technician carry a cooler.

I know this guy should never be made as an action figure, and yet… I kind of want him.  He’s way down the list, long after a Lobot update, but he’s on there.  Let’s put it this way, I’d rather buy this guy than another stupid Clonetrooper with a comic book villain color scheme.
