This guy at some point was named “Cleo Mangi,” but it never really caught on.  We assume this guy was a technician because his only appearance is standing in front of some kind of computer terminal.  He may have just been lost or maybe he was pretending to work so Lando wouldn’t see that he was actually loafing.

There are actually a few different times that these “technicians” show up, and it’s hard to tell how many different ones there are.  The Cloud City sequence reused extras between cuts so if you’re looking, you’ll see people that appear to be in two places at once.  If this outfit looks familiar it’s because it’s basically the same jumpsuit that the legendary Willrow Hood wore.  This (these) guy(s) lack the generous beer belly and show up with a few different accessories.  One guy forgot to tuck his boots into his pants, something Lando would never approve of.
