This is another Bespin guard with a Vintage connection. While the vintage figure was meant to represent the guard eventually named Helder Spinoza, this bearded fellow found his way onto the card art. For a group that didn’t get all that much screen time, there were a lot of non-descript Bespin Guards. Having a beard was a good way to get noticed.
With a sculpt that is as good as it needs to be, Hasbro could knock off a few of these guys without much new tooling. While this guy isn’t technically an unmade vintage figure, many collectors would welcome him- especially on a vintage card.
