Until recently, this guy was known as the Bespin Guard with the mustache, and his appearance in the film was uncertain.  Now he has a proper name- an oddly specific one at that- and in higher definition copies of Empire, he can actually be picked out as one of the guards who helps Lobot capture some Stormtroopers.

Bespin Guards are what they are.  Some people like them, some people think they’re boring.  The thing that this guy’s got going for him is that (depending on who you ask) he’s a Vintage figure that has never been updated.  Sure, they’ve released four Bespin guards in the modern line, but not one of them has the sense to have a mustache.  That puts this guy much higher than he probably would be, were he just another guard.
