The fact that this figure was not part of the Triple Force Friday offerings makes me think Hasbro is allergic to money.  This figure is nothing more than a kitbash and a passable version could have been accomplished with zero new tooling.  Take the outstanding VC140 Stormtrooper, add a black pauldron and the chain gun from the Clone Wars ARC Trooper, and watch it sell out in minutes every time it shows up for sale.  Okay, to be fair, that Stormtrooper I cited would probably need to be retooled for a longer neck post to accommodate a pauldron, so “zero new tooling” was a bit of a cheap shot.

But say, Hasbro, since you have to retool the neck post, could you tool up the shield the Heavy Assault Trooper deploys at the end of his rifle?
