This is the shortest story so far, Boba Fett explains that he was on his way off Tatooine, when he picked up some buzz about Vader looking for a couple of droids. He had recently angered Vader after disintegrating some rebel spies he was after. Fett figured he could get back in Vader's good graces by delivering the droids. He tracked them across The Wastes until the trail took him to Mos Eisley. Just then, he got a call from Jabba to provide backup for a collection mission, and was told to meet at Docking Bay 94. Fett reported in, and was hoping to blast Solo and add his Wookiee's scalp to his collection. But shockingly, even after killing Greedo and then stepping on Jabba's tail, the Hutt let him go. Obviously, Jabba knew what he was doing. There must be more money in letting Solo go with an extension on his debt.
