Hasbro Star Wars May The Fourth Fan Stream Later This Morning At 11 AM ET

As mentioned on the front page lead in, we are only two weeks removed from the Celebration 2025 reveals, but the calendar is unforgiving. This Sunday is Star Wars Day, May the Fourth, and Hasbro is keeping with their recent tradition of a Fan Stream to commemorate it. But, we probably need to temper our expectations. We just had a TON of reveals 14 days ago. The well of viable reveals is probably running a little dry at this point. Plus, I think we're all expecting a certain something to be revealed soon that has already been spoiled. If that does get revealed later today, it's going to lack newness, but that's not a fault of the stream. If we hadn't known about it in advance, we'd all be celebrating about the opportunity to army build the Snowtrooper a little less expensively.

I don't think we'll see anything explosive like the Bantha or Crosshair from the Celebration presentation, but I'm holding out hope that something will sneak attack us today. Other than that, I'm keeping my expectations very low for today for the simple fact I'm sure that what we'll get today is just the equivalent of the Saturday Night Live "cut for time" sketches. This is the stuff that wasn't good enough to make the big show two weeks ago. Plus if my expectations are low, I can't possibly get hurt. Ah, who am I kidding. If today is a dud, I'm still going to complain.
