The last figure in our gallery for the most recent TLJ wave is Jyn Erso (Jedha).  It is the fourth basic figure in the TLJ line that is not from The Last Jedi, along with Obi-Wan, Yoda, and R2-D2.  However, it is the first figure in the line that is a straight repack.  Well, okay, technically it’s not quite a straight repack since it now has the Force Link chip and it seems Hasbro retooled the head a bit, but basically, it’s the same figure.  This is the fourth 5POA release of this character in this outfit in the past 16 or so months, and there’s the Black Series version as well.  Hasbro really wants you to own a Jyn Erso (Jedha) figure.

Aesthetically, this figure is nearly identical to the previous versions.  It has a mildly annoying forward lean, by the figure still stands solidly.  It’s a slight repaint, particularly with the boots.  The head appears to be of a slightly new sculpt and paint application from previous versions.  Notably, it looks like the hair is a separately sculpted piece.  This means a cleaner paint job, and looks pretty sharp,on Jyn.  However, as you can see from the comparison shot, the Jyn that was packed with the AT-ACT has a face that is far superior to the others, including this one.

Jyn Erso (Jedha) is kind of an odd choice for a release in this line, but maybe Hasbro thought that the main character in Rogue One deserved a shot in the Force Link line, so that her dialogue could be heard.  Personally, I would have preferred the line, “May The Force be with us,” but I won’t lose any sleep over it.  If Hasbro had been able to give this figure the head of the one from the AT-ACT, you’d have your best 5POA Jyn, by far.  But even though this one has the voice chip as well as the shmata, the AT-ACT Jyn is still the best one out there in the 5POA line.  Obviously the Black Series figure beats them all by a mile, but even the head on that one is outdone but the AT-ACT sculpt.

Solid offering and nice to have the added Force Link chip, but I think we can safely retire this sculpt.  5, just because of the chip.
