PZ-4CO is another figure from TFA that may still be found occasionally on pegs in stores.  Although it has a striking design, the character only had a minor background role in the film.  It’s one of those characters that fans would be dying for if it was in the OT, but since it was in TFA, nobody cares.  It’s unfortunate, because it’s an interesting looking figure.

An oddly designed droid, it appears to be a protocol body with a modified head and neck.  PZ-4CO (Peazy), according to Wookiepedia, is in fact modeled to resemble a species called Tofallid, although I don’t believe there are any images of the species itself out there.  The droid was programmed as feminine, although we don’t hear her speak in the film.  She was an aide to Leia in a canon book, in which she helped Leia record her memoirs, recounting the time she made out with her brother, leading to his self-exile after the 2nd Death Star was destroyed.  In the film, Peazy can be seen in the Resistance base at D’Qar, doing…stuff.

The figure stands out when compared to many others in the TFA line because its vivid blue color and tall stature differ from most of the other characters offered.  The body is sculpted well, with some nice details on the plates and with the wiring.  Besides the blue color, the other paint detailing is decent, although a bit sloppy in places.  The figure has the standard 5POAs, which are unhindered by any parts of the sculpt.  The head takes some advantage of the ball jointed neck, something missed by most of the other figures in the line.  The head has a bit of personality.  Although it was designed after a particular species, something about the shape of the neck and the look of the face is a bit reminiscent of General Grievous.

The figure comes with no real accessories.  Some kind of tool, datapad, or even a coupon for McDonalds would have been appreciated.  Instead, all she comes with is a pair of nonsense parts that go to the build-a-weapon program.  According to the booklet in the package, the parts are meant to be some kind of leg boosters.  But you can also use them as arm rockets.  Both concepts are imbecilic.

An interesting design, bold color scheme, solid stance, and full range of 5POA articulation make this a solid 4.  It works great in the D’Qar base diorama, as you’ll see for yourself if you ask Randy for pictures of his.  It’s outstanding.  I think just because PZ-4CO stands out from the crowd, I’ll use my influence at Bantha Skull to push it to a 5.  Just don’t tell Chris.
