This is a straight repack of the Darth Maul that was part of the POTJ Masters of the Dark Side 2-pack (with Darth Vader).
It is part of an unnumbered “Hall of Fame” sub line from 2004.
There were a total of 12 HOF figures, 11 of them (including this one) were straight repacks.
The only one that had newness was R2-D2 (Tatooine Mission), which eliminated the “battle damage” weathering from its predecessor, R2-D2 (Naboo Escape) from the POTJ line.
Most (not all) of the HOF figures came with either a clear or black plastic stand.
