I’ve seen Dengar several times in Jabba’s palace without having to look too hard, but I’ve never seen Vul Tazaene until we started this exercise.  He appears behind Dengar as the denizens close in on Luke’s Rancor predicament.  He is also seen leaning over the pit in a subsequent scene.  He is slightly more prominent that many of the other background humans.  Plus the Yul Brynner hairstyle does provide even more distinction.

Since I know nothing about Vul Tazaene I’m going to make up a fact and say he was played by the same actor who played the bully’s bully in My Bodyguard.
