This stylish guy, known in certain circles as Schmool Flemington, is a rising star in Bespin.  He’s clearly seen chatting up some Bespin ladies during Lando’s tour.  He’s probably telling them where he got those awesome moonboots.  If you look closely, you’ll notice that he’s got a white helmet tucked under his arm.  While this is his only “confirmed” appearance, in at least two different scenes, someone with an identical outfit (helmet on) walks past the camera.  While we can’t be certain it’s the same guy, the outfits match- down to the moonboots.

When Willrow Hood mania reached its peak and Hasbro gave in and made him, this guy was among the earliest candidates for the next “joke” figure.  He never picked up as much steam, partially due to his lack of a “canon” name, and partially due to the fact that he isn’t a very good choice.  But that was before we noticed the helmet!  Everyone loves removable helmets.  That bumps him up a solid 2 points.
