He sorta looks like Cousin Eddie in profile and he wears a hat with fuzzy ear flaps.  For those two reasons, I’d love to set the priority of this at 10, but I’m not going to be like one of the jerks who insisted Willrow Hood get made for the camp value despite the potential for damage to the line (if it didn’t sell well).  This has a higher priority than the other unnamed rabble simply because of the interaction with a core character.  It would make a nice display companion to Slave Leia.
