This dude shows up a couple of times.  The first time, he’s sitting, minding his own business and enjoying his drink, when some punk gets pushed into a nearby table.  It completely ruined his lunch.  He can then be seen on his way out of the Cantina, right when Han makes his far more macho exit.  Maybe.  I’m pretty sure it’s him.

So why hasn’t Hasbro tackled this character yet?  Because, despite heaps of evidence to the contrary, they know what they’re doing.  This guy would be a terrible figure.  And I’m saying this as someone who likes human backgrounders and genuinely wants a Debnoli figure.
