Lucas is more meddlesome than four teens in a van with a Great Dane.  So when Return of the Jedi was released on Blu-ray, he took one of his all digital creations from The Phantom Menace, gave him a virtual paint job and had him scurry thought Jabba’s palace.  In a vacuum, I hate this sort of thing.  But Sebulba is one of my favorite species designs and characters from the entire Prequel Trilogy. Even though this Unidentified Dug was gratuitously inserted into a scene that needed no modification, it would make a better figure than one of the nondescript human background characters.
