I will openly admit I was wrong about this guy.  For a long time, any time someone mentioned that we should get a figure of this guy (and his associate Wiorkettle) I dismissed him as a Decipher creation.  The only aliens on Bespin were Ugnaughts.  Then someone found an old coloring book, and there he was, like the silver tongue of Jebidiah Springfield, taunting me.  Even then, I admitted that there was a guy in the costume on the set, but he wasn’t in the film.  But then, while looking for something else altogether, I paused the evacuation scene and saw an unmistakable blur.  Treva Horme is definitively in the film.

All that being said, he’s still not a priority figure.  If Hasbro wants to make a Lutrillian, there are two (Ownellco and Atheloe) in the cantina that are a little more prominent, and probably more desirable.  It also seems that some basic facts of Lutrillian anatomy were forgotten between films, but that sort of thing is to be expected.
