If there’s one thing we know about Ryle Torsyn it’s that he flew a Y-Wing.  Which is to say, he’s shown in the movie sitting in a Y-Wing cockpit preparing for the battle.  That’s really all there is to him.  He does not specifically appear during the battle.  Ryle’s an older fellow, like Red Leader and a few of the other pilots.  Not particularly compelling, but the Y-Wing pilots are slightly under-represented.  Ryle’s chances are based on how much Hasbro wants to milk their pilots sculpts.  He’d be misplaced on a single card, but if they want to crank out another set of Yavin pilots and they include him, I won’t complain.
